Sleep is very essential for our Mental and Physical improvement. First of all, one should understand what is the meaning of ''sleep''.

Sleep is a condition of body and mind that typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is relatively in active, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed, and consciousness practically suspended.

What happen if an individual does not get proper sleep?
First of all one must know that sleep loss inflict many devastating effects on the brain. It is link to psychiatric and neurological conditions. It contributes to many disorder and disease for example: Cancer, diabetes, heart attack and weight gain.
